These applications (hereafter referred to as the “Application” or “Applications”) are provided as Free or Paid services and are intended for use “AS IS”.

The Application may collect certain information automatically when you download and use it, which may include:

- Network information such as your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address

The Application does not collect precise, real-time location (GPS) information about your mobile device. However, approximate location may be inferred from IP address for security, analytics, or regional settings.
Gameplay and monetization data (depending on the game)
Depending on the specific game, the Application may also process:
- Gameplay progression, playtime, level completion, and feature usage
- In-app purchase events (e.g., purchase status, product IDs, and transaction-related metadata needed to validate and process purchases)
- Advertising interaction data (e.g., ad impressions, clicks, reward claims) if the game includes ads
This data is used solely for improving gameplay experience, game balance, stability, customer support, analytics, monetization operations (where applicable), and overall product quality.

The Service Provider may use collected information to:
- Operate and maintain the Application
- Improve gameplay experience, tuning, and game design

- Fix bugs and improve stability
- Process and validate in-app purchases (where applicable)
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
The Service Provider does not sell personal data.
Third-Party Services
Some Applications may use third-party SDKs/services (for example, platform services, analytics, crash reporting, ads, and purchase processing). These third parties may collect and process data under their own privacy policies.
Depending on the specific game build, third-party services may include:
- Google Play Services (e.g., licensing, payments, platform features)
- Google Analytics for Firebase / Firebase services (analytics, crash reporting, performance)
- Unity Technologies (engine services/analytics depending on configuration)
- Advertising providers such as AdMob (only in games that show ads)
How third parties may use data
When enabled in a specific game, these third parties may process certain data (such as device identifiers, app activity, diagnostics, and ad interaction data) to:
- Provide analytics and crash reporting
- Serve and measure ads, prevent fraud, and limit ad frequency (if ads are enabled)
- Process payments or validate purchases (where applicable)
The Service Provider may share aggregated and/or de-identified analytics with partners to understand performance and improve user experience.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

- When necessary to protect rights, safety, and security, or investigate fraud/abuse
- With trusted service providers who process data on behalf of the Service Provider under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations
Advertising
If a specific game includes ads, the Application may use advertising identifiers (such as AAID) and information about app activity to:

- Prevent fraud and enforce frequency caps
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it using standard uninstall processes on your device or app marketplace.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider retains data only for as long as necessary to provide and improve the Application, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Where possible, data is deleted or de-identified after it is no longer needed.
If you request deletion, the Service Provider will delete or de-identify data that can reasonably be associated with you, unless retention is required by law or for legitimate security/fraud-prevention purposes.
Children’s Privacy
The Applications are not intended for children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, such information will be promptly deleted. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider.
Security
The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to protect information processed and maintained, including administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
